With over 40 years of dedicated service to youth and families, Rawlan L. Lillard II serves as the Community Affairs Liaison & Program Planning lead for GenWEL United Flint. His mission is driven by a deep desire to connect vital resources to families and children, fostering growth and empowerment within every community he serves.

Throughout his extensive career, Rawlan has been a cornerstone of youth and family-focused initiatives, from leading church youth groups to designing after-school programs and parent-driven efforts that support community development. His unwavering belief that everyone has the capacity to learn and grow, given the right opportunities and experiences, underpins his work.

Rawlan is passionate about creating pathways for individuals of all ages to discover their potential and embrace personal and collective growth. His mission is to provide meaningful opportunities and experiences to all who are eager to thrive.
