Juneteenth Vendor Terms & Agreement

GenWEL United Flint – Juneteenth Vendor Terms & Agreement Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at GenWEL United Flint’s Juneteenth Celebration on Saturday, June 7, 2025, from 12 PM to 5 PM. To ensure a smooth and successful event for all participants, please carefully read and agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Vendor Registration & Approval All vendor applications must be submitted by [Insert Deadline Date]. Submission of this form does not guarantee approval. Approved vendors will receive a confirmation email with setup details. 2. Setup & Breakdown Vendors may begin setting up at 10:00 AM and must be fully set up no later than 11:30 AM. All vendor spaces must remain open and operational until the event concludes at 5:00 PM. Vendors are responsible for their own booth setup and cleanup. 3. Booth & Equipment Each vendor space is [Insert Dimensions]. Vendors must indicate whether they need a table provided or if they will bring their own. Electrical access is limited and must be requested in advance. 4. Vendor Conduct & Compliance Vendors must comply with all local laws and regulations. Disruptive, inappropriate, or offensive behavior will not be tolerated. 5. Liability & Indemnification GenWEL United Flint is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. Cancellation & Weather Policy This is a rain-or-shine event unless weather conditions pose a significant safety risk. In the event of cancellation due to severe weather, vendors will be notified as soon as possible. 7. Photography & Media Release By participating in this event, vendors acknowledge that photos and videos may be taken during the event for promotional purposes. GenWEL United Flint reserves the right to use any photographs, video recordings, or other media taken at the event in promotional materials, social media, and on our website. Vendors who do not wish to be photographed must notify event organizers in writing before the event. By submitting this form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
