Jason Rogers is a devoted son, brother, father, grandfather, and friend who has called Flint, MI home for nearly 30 years. His life’s mission is centered around service, a calling he has fulfilled through coaching, mentoring, and various youth development initiatives. Passionate about creating opportunities and positive experiences for young people, Jason remains steadfast in his commitment to building a brighter future for the next generation.

A proud Prince Hall Mason and member of the Omicron Rho Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., Jason firmly believes that "service to others is the price we pay for blessings, grace, and mercy in our lives." This philosophy guides his approach to leadership and community engagement.

Joining GenWEL United Flint was a natural extension of Jason’s dedication to uplifting those around him. As the Internal Accountability Officer, he ensures that the organization stays true to its mission, values, and commitment to excellence. Through his leadership, mentorship, and unwavering devotion to service, Jason continues to make a lasting impact—one life, one opportunity, and one act of service at a time.
